Great location for a hotel in Jerusalem.

What guests loved:

Ahmad was a very kind and efficient helper at the desk. Exceptionally competent. The availability of the reception in the Lounge late in the day was particularly welcoming.

Areas for improvement:

A group of people in the hotel as the same time as us were noisy at inappropriate times. They were open to being asked to be quiet, but it was as though no one told them of quiet hours, and their apar...
